Q. What are the available security measures in APD Mobile application?
A. APD Mobile application allows user to set Pin Codes based for security purposes.
Q. What should I do if my phone number that is registered with APD Mobile application is lost or damaged?
A. User has to contact to APD Customer Service/ Call Center in order to change a registered phone number in case the user loses the current registered phone number. However, if the user still accesses to the current registered phone number, user only has to reset a new password in APD Mobile application. Also, user can request bank to block the current password and pin.
Q. Can I change the registered phone number with APD Mobile application?
A. User has to contact to APD Customer Service/ Call Center first to change the current registered phone number. Then, user has to sign up again in order to confirm the new registered phone number.
