Ms. Syvane, Head of Legal, is responsible for the provision of legal advisory on extensive business transactions, various agreement drafting and reviewing, and corporate and commercial affair handling. She has over a decade of vast experience in the banking field from international commercial banks. In addition, she obtained legal working practices at the local leading law firm. She also attended and successfully completed various courses, workshops, forums, seminars, and conferences from national and international institutions on legal aspects, leadership, business management, and other sectors and skills.

She is pursuing a Master of Business Law at the National University of Management. Through her scholarships being awarded domestically and globally, she holds a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and a Bachelor of Education in English at Cambodian Mekong University (CMU), she also graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia, with a Master of International Business. During her studies in Australia, she was awarded and achieved the best engagement, honor, and certified mentor, a leader in the community, and a project consultant.

Additionally, she has been recognized as a professionally approved person by Trust Regulator.
