Mr. Sothea, Head of Business Banking, is responsible for the business development and objectives, with a focus on improvements that will eventually lead to business growth by delivering all banking services and products to customers. He also handles HNW Chinese customers as well as  other potential customers. He has 14 years of expertise in the banking industry, including operations, branch management, credit and business growth, as well as excellent negotiation, problem-solving and customer relationships.He's joined APD Bank since October 2020 as Senior Manager, Business Development and has been subsequently promoted to Head of Business Banking. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in General Management from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE).
