Job Description

  • Understand product requirement and work closely with the technical team to ensure that user requirements are clearly understood and translated accurately into technical requirements
  • Keep up to date with digital trends, technology solution providers and assess their potential application to the user and product journeys
  • Translate user and product journeys into detailed user stories for technical development
  • Prepare/Review test scripts and perform user acceptance testing during the test phase
  • Monitor UAT team and facilitate closely with the technical team to resolve defects and problems encountered
  • Co-organize and facilitate workshops to ideate, prototype and refine the existing user journey with new product capabilities
  • Produce all documentation required for Compliance, Audit, Risk and Legal Governance procedures to obtain approval of new functionalities/processes

Job Requirements

  • Prepare the compliance dashboard to show effort & workload and follow-up tasks/ pending items on compliance on a monthly basis
